
Service Terms – Rectory Lifts

These terms apply to all services provided by Rectory Lifts.

1. Scope of Services
Services include Lift Health Assessments, inspections, remedial works, and associated engineering services as agreed in writing.

2. Lift Health Assessment
The Lift Health Assessment is a condition-based evaluation and does not replace statutory inspections under LOLER or other regulatory requirements.
​
3. Reports
Reports are prepared for the named client only.
No third party may rely upon the report without written consent.
​
4. Fees & Payment
Payment terms will be stated on quotation or invoice.
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.

5. Access & Cooperation
Clients must provide safe access to site and equipment.
​
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided or the limit of our public liability insurance, whichever is lower.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
​
7. Variations
Any variation to agreed scope must be confirmed in writing.
​
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
