My Story
I Started my apprenticeship with OTIS in 2020, qualified 3.5 years later with an NVQ3 + EPA extension as an electromechanical elevator engineer. I Have been trained by OTIS’s highly respected engineers and technicians at Canary Wharf.

I took on a service route on the Isle Of Dogs, mastering GCS products and working on various competitor products giving me a broad variety of technical knowledge. Completed ERO204N to perform basic safe operations on escalators.
The Mission
Bridge the gap between the lift and the customer. Its your lift you have the right to see the state of its operational features and if a 'part' is actually required or needs changing.
